These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of getsunset.com and our products (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use them.

We sell wellness supplements via Shopify Inc. (our platform provider).

2. Use of Services

  • You must be 18 or older to purchase or use our products.
  • Use only for lawful purposes and in compliance with UK/EU laws.
  • No reselling without written permission.
  • No viruses, spam, or harmful code.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for breaches without notice.

3. Products & Important Health Disclaimer

Our supplements (including Sunset Alcohol Flush Support) are intended for general wellness only. They are not medicines and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always consult a healthcare professional before use — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have any medical condition. Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.

4. Orders & Billing

  • You must provide accurate billing and shipping information.
  • Orders are only binding once we confirm them.
  • We may cancel or amend orders (e.g., due to stock issues) and will refund you promptly.
  • UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Payments & Refunds

All sales are final except as stated in our Returns Policy or required by UK law (e.g., faulty goods). Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.

6. Third-Party Services

We use trusted partners including:

  • Shopify Inc. (hosting & checkout)
  • Stripe / PayPal (payments)
  • Sawgrass Nutra Labs, LLC (manufacturing & fulfilment)
  • Klaviyo (email marketing)

7. User Content (Reviews, Feedback, etc.)

You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use any content you submit (e.g., reviews) for marketing. Do not post illegal, offensive, or false content — we may remove it at any time.

8. Errors & Changes

We may correct errors or change prices/services at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Liability

We comply fully with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.  

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.  For all other losses, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits) or misuse of products.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

11. Termination

We may end your access at any time for breach. You can stop using the Services anytime.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

13. General

  • These Terms are the entire agreement between us.
  • If any part is invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • Changes are effective when posted here.
