Shipping policy

We ship worldwide to most countries (100+ destinations) with a few exceptions listed below.

Carriers

  • United States: USPS, FedEx
  • International: GlobalPost, Asendia, Passport, DHL, FedEx + local postal services for last-mile delivery

Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch)

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (remote areas or peak seasons may take longer)

Dispatch Time

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Packages are declared as “dietary supplements” with accurate value as required by law.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. International tracking may show limited updates once the package enters the destination country.

Important Restrictions

Sunset contains ingredients (including N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) and Bromelain) that are restricted or prohibited in some countries.

We cannot ship to the following countries at this time:
• Sweden
• Norway
• India

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order placed to a restricted country. If a package is seized, refused, or returned by customs due to local regulations, we are unable to offer a refund or reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If tracking shows no update for more than 10 business days (or 30 days for international orders), contact us at help@getsunset.com and we’ll investigate.

Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
