30-Day Flush-Free Guarantee

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide.
• If you’re not 100% satisfied — for any reason — just email us at info@getsunset.com
• Return your unopened bottle
• We’ll refund the full purchase price for the first bottle (original shipping cost excluded).
• Limited to one order per customer.

How to Return

1. Email info@getsunset.com with your order number and reason (optional).
2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us (you cover return shipping).
4. Return must be postmarked within 40 days of your delivery date.
5. Once we receive it, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it free of charge (including shipping both ways).

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are opened and not part of the 30-day guarantee claim
• Items returned after 40 days from delivery
• Packages seized or refused by customs (see Shipping Policy)

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. You’ll see the credit within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
