Refund policy

Flush free guarantee

Try Sunset Forte on two or three nights out. If your flush is no better, email info@getsunset.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund your first bottle in full.

The refund covers the full price of your first bottle. Original shipping is not refunded.
One guarantee claim per customer.
Put your order number in the email so we can find your order.
The guarantee covers orders placed on getsunset.com. It does not cover orders placed through Amazon or other retailers.

Unopened extra bottles

If you ordered more than one bottle, you can send unopened extra bottles back for a refund on those bottles. Email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will reply with the return address. You pay the return postage. We refund within 3 to 5 business days of the bottles reaching us.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it free of charge, shipping included.

What we can't refund

The Flushed cocktail book. It is a digital download and is non-refundable.
Opened bottles, other than the first bottle under the Flush free guarantee.
Packages seized, refused or returned by customs. Our shipping policy explains why.
