Sunset Shipping Restrictions & Policies
Below is a list of information we have regarding individual country import restrictions and how those restrictions can affect delivery of Sunset. Please note that this is not a complete list by any means, and we will update/adjust this page to reflect our experience shipping to different countries over time.
For shipments outside the United States, the receiver is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. SRQ Labs LTD (the company producing Sunset) are not responsible for individual country regulations and if for any reason your non-US delivery is returned or held indefinitely due to regulations and/or customs rulings, our typical refund policy does not apply (any fees we incur due to restocking, postage materials, etc will be deducted if a refund is provided).
For these reasons, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order, as well as checking the details below. If you have knowledge of other restrictions or if you have experienced customs difficulties, please get in contact with us and let us know the details.
South Korea: Due to import restrictions on the ingredient N-acetylcysteine (commonly known as NAC), part of the Sunset formula, we have previously seen delays and returns of Sunset by South Korean customs. Please check with customs before ordering.
Norway: Due to import restrictions on the ingredient Bromelain, part of the Sunset formula, we have previously seen delays and returns of Sunset (when shipped from the US) by Norwegian customs. We are working on a solution to have Norwegian orders shipped from within the EU, but for now please check with customs before ordering.
Philippines: Due to shipping arrangements with US postal services and Philippines postal services, we have seen delays in shipping of Sunset to our customers in the Philippines. Average shipping times of Sunset to the Philippines is 3-4 weeks, sometimes longer.
